"Great customer service. The bed made a noise when you moved around. But everything else was clean."

"Worst place Ive ever stayed by far! First off there’s mattresses all over the parking lot, random people walking around all nigh. I booked my stay in advance and was charged for it, i get there and they tell me they gave my room to someone else. They didn’t want to refund my money so they end up giving me this room that reeked like an ashtray. Had roaches and everything! The only reason i stayed there was because everything else was booked everywhere and they didn’t want to hive me a refund. I don’t recommend recommend it anyone especially if you there with family! I was there working so I had no option. Hope this review saves someone from throwing there money away"

"Not clean, no ev chargers, everything needed fixing, room smelled like cigarettes and linens had cigarette burns all around. The day we checked in there was a situation in one room and the whole hotel was surrounded by APD"

"Place was not clean and needs and has multiple maintenance issues that need addressing. Outside of those issues the pace a great for a large group. "

"We didn’t have time to use the pool or the hot tub, but we enjoyed the fire pit and and relaxing in the back yard. The occasional roadrunner strutting through was a treat, as we don’t have them in Washington. All in all it was a pleasant stay and if we ever get the chance to visit New Mexico again where we need that much room we would love to stay here again. Alena "

"House was very nice. Gate was being repaired but there didn't appear to be any problems caused by that, neighborhood appeared very quiet and safe. Check in/out was smooth and easy. Kitchen had a lot of pots/pans, cooking utensils and appliances, even both a Keurig (under island) and a normal coffee pot with filters (and coffee!). Very convenient."

"Was denied a room because they wanted a 150 deposit on top of paying for room. Was traveling from Nevada and they wouldn’t refund my money for room I already paid so had to sleep in car!"
