Ok for an overnight stay

Staff was friendly. Overall my experience wasn't too bad. Hotel looks like it's newly renovated. My only issue was that the T.V didn't work. It was just there as decoration I guess. Bathroom floor needed to be cleaned (sweep) there was dust and a few hairs on the floor and bathtub.

The hotel was adequate, over priced for Balloon fiesta. The room was very sparce, and there was not a trash can in the room, so we had to leave our trash on the floor which was not appealing.

The person at the desk was nice and checked us in quickly. That was the only good thing about the property. The top sheets were stained in both my room and my friend's room. The bathroom was dirty in the tub area... or at least it looked dirty because the tub was like it was from the early '60s. None of us felt safe in the area or at the hotel. There was prostitution going on and a pimp sitting in his vehicle in the parking lot waiting for the prostitute. It felt very unsafe and the area was not good. I paid $170 Canadian for the room. Ridiculous!

Breakfast the first day was shut down by a little after 8 am, didn't bother going the 2nd day, the 3rd day they had muffins, bagels, toast ,cereal and waffles. Quiet for the most part except one night some guy outside of our room talking about drugs loudly.

This was a rough hotel which needed some love and attention. The pool was super dirty and surrounded by construction projects. The advertised free breakfast did not exist, the room smelled like smoke and at night young party-folks were running down the corridors. Luckily we only stayed one night but it was really oppressive.

The staff were pretty friendly. Our room could do with being painted. The walls and doors were stained with some sort of liquid and dirt. The pictures we saw online absolutely did not match the room we got. I was disappointed in Wyndham. We stay in a lot of Wyndham hotels. But will definitely review their properties more closely in the future.

The staff was very nice, however, the hotel was a dump. There were stains on the carpet and sheets, we only had one towel in our room, there was food in the fridge from the people that stayed before us. The pool and hot tub were half drained and taped off. It did not feel like a safe place to stay. Would not recommend.

Sketch individuals loitering the property first room was damaged and had no running water and reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was listed non smoking second room wss decent but the individuals loitering outside and the external look gave a bad vibe

Really inflated price for Balloon Festival for what you did not get: no towels (had to ask), no wash cloths, no bath mat, no trash can, no coffee, no water cups, blood stained sheets (they were washed), smoke detector pulled loose from ceiling and covered with plastic bag. Facility could be very nice with better care, service and maintenance.
