「I injured my toe on a step outside of the room at nighttime when we arrived and were unpacking the vehicle. The stair was completely in the dark, no light source shining on it.. I split my toenail in half, was gushing blood, and pain was 10/10. I went to the front desk to file a complaint, the front desk worker offered me two small bandaids, and said she would inform the manager. The next day I called to speak with the manager about the issue and the front desk worker had no idea about this...

「I was in room 169 kind of funky Door leads straight. To the street. I ended up putting a chair and table against the door just to feel safe. But i will stay there again just not in that room」
