“Where to start, the lack of staff during a Memorial Day weekend was inexcusable. One person at the coffee shop (Starbucks) and one person at the bar. Other than housekeeping, the staff were not friendly or seemed to lack interest in their job. The casino payout was awful and when you did hit, it took the staff a long time to respond. This is a resort ran like a small town hotel. Very strict regulations regarding what beverages or food could be brought into the hotel. Resort prices with Motel 6……

“Wonderful place. Rooms super comfortable, bar and guacamole top notch, and original art and antiques in every part of property - mostly Native American. If I ever make it back here for sure coming here. Double thumbs up.”

“Great location Easy to get to restaurants or shopping. If you have an upper floor with Mountain View’s you might catch a beautiful sunrise and sunset. Pool area was nice. It was mid week stay and was not vet busy. Pics online are true representation of this hotel. I did not try the restaurant.”
