“Good”

“The room was extremely clean, air conditioning was ice cold, beds comfortable and clean! The staff was absolutely next level. Extremely helpful and very friendly! The building itself is very unique, with its neon exterior and impressively designed interior! Has a restaurant & bar, places to lounge and relax; with comfortable lighting at every corner. Perfect unique place to stay for road trippers or anyone near 40! Knocked it out of the park!!! 11/10”

“Very nice property, great food options, plenty of entertainment options, nice pool and the staff was top notch.”

“Place was lovely. We were charged a $25 amenity fee for each room. We did not realize when we booked on Expedia there would be this extra charge. When we inquired what it was for they said, parking and use of the pool/jacuzzi. Because we checked in around 8pm and since we had not yet had dinner we were unable to use the pool as it closed at 10:00. We also couldn’t use it in the morning because it did not open until 9:00am and we checked out at 7:45 to get to a business meeting. We only had one……

“Free coffee was very good at the Charter Room. First hotel since COVID that did daily housekeeping service. They were efficient and did a very good job. Spa is awesome. Very helpful staff.”

“I’ve stayed there several times over the years but will not stay there again. They no longer clean the rooms daily. The pool was temporarily closed during our stay. No mention of that on their website. They no longer have a coffee pot in the rooms. The breakfast use to be special but is not up to par anymore so with all the changes I don’t see the place surviving.”

“We stayed in the king suite with kitchen and patio. Nice Community vibe with multiple common areas to relax. Great aesthetics and landscaping. Great pool over 8 ft deep cool & refreshing. Plenty of towels & loungers w clean Restrooms close. Delicious food truck close with a beautiful bar. Rooms & beds clean & comfortable. Spacious bathroom with skylight. Good shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion w Plenty of hot water. Plenty of parking and restaurants close. Staff nice. Recommend.”
