“One elevator for the whole place felt like we were always waiting, we were quoted two queen beds and instead had two full size that were awkwardly place on the queen bed frames. Other than that- lobby, bar, pool and location were nice.”

“Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The staff was communicative before we even arrived. To the delight of our 4 travelers (girls trip!) They accommodated our request for adjoining rooms! We had beautiful mountain views, thoughtful amenities, (robes were so great that we bought them!). The valet team was AMAZINGLY friendly and kind, best of any hotel I have ever stayed at and I have traveled the world. Front desk team was patient and helpful. The restaurant was lovely. “Classic property right off the plaza. A little confusing navigating given the renovations, but the atmosphere and history was comfortable. Our room was spacious and the fitness center, while a bit small for the size of the property, well outfitted including a rower. Can't beat the location for strolling to all the Santa Fe sites, museums, shopping and dining.”
