“Upon arrival due to limited staff members during check in, I was overcharged by 4 days. At this time the only staff member that was present & assisting in the lobby during peak check in hours. The room was difficult to locate b”

“Hotel Santa Fe was definitely one of the nicest hotels we stayed in on our 2 weeks road trip. It was very well kept and nice plus is a free shuttle that took us to the Plaza. Would stay here again if we are in Santa Fe. The Indian Fry Bread was by far the best. ”

“Clean room, old building, recently remodeled pool area that was awesome! “Living room” great for happy hour (get there before 6pm). Within walking distance of the town square. Great options for in-room service, not any more expensive than the nearby restaurants.”

“Great place, valet staff was awesome always happy to help. The front desk? TERRIBLE. attitude, rude, first time staying here and we arrived one night very late so we weren’t sure valet parking was an option that late when asked at the front if we could park at x location the lady said “i mean valet is 24hours so i guess” like we knew that. Instead of being more customer service and offering the valet service. Even when we arrived the guy at the front was not what you would expect to be welcomed……

“Bought some brand new Nikes brought em here for a night when I spent the night and have not heard back or even gotten a resolution from the hotel just a “sorry we don’t have them”. Nice to know that one of the employees got a brand new pair of shoes!”
