“Fridge and coffee in room, no microwave, free complimentary non-alcohol drink available at your leisure around the casino floor, no alcohol allowed while gambling, nice bingo hall with veteran/first responders discount, beautiful pool area and fire pits...drink pricey at pool and they aren't anything fabulous, tried to get room service on sunday-they close room service earlier on Sundays than other nights. The restaurant by check-in desk had delicious food as well as the sports pub. Nice shop by……

“Front desk staff was not very helpful on check in and to check out. No maps of property available and no map given with directions to Santa Fe downtown. I found a map on the on the free brochure section. I also can not believe that a resort this big has only one luggage cart at the front door.”

“The property is very cute and like a resort rooms were comfortable and they had a breakfast you could purchase as well in the breakfast room. I liked it so much. I'm going to book it again tonight. On my way back through town.”

“Overall, a nice property, but definitely in need of some TLC. Peeling paint, slow elevators, outdated and unreliable HVAC, etc. Not acceptable in a luxury resort.”

“It was great! Wonderful staff, especially the bartender who gave me a ride in her car to my building, when she saw that I was using a cane. She also bartended the party that we were attending, and served a great Prosecco! The front desk staff were very sweet and helpful. The room was perfectly comfortable!”

“Check in was quick and easy. Very clean, nice and peaceful, pool/Hot tub was tremendous. We got a very good nights rest after a long drive. When we come into town we always stay here. Highly recommend for great nights stay for a great price. Francisco family thanks the staff for an awesome well maintained house. See y'all in October for the Whole Enchilada Softball Tournament. 🤗”

“Lovely Southwest ambience throughout the hotel and room. One of my favorites was that there are several outside conversational areas. We choose a double room with a fireplace which was perfect to “take the chill” out of our room! We could walk to everything!”

“The fireplace was a nice amenity, the bar was convenient, housekeeping staff very helpful. The hotel charged my cc the full amount of my visit to my already prepaid stay. It was difficult to connect with the GM to resolve the issue who then blamed Expedia. This was not the case. Ultimately, the hotel credited my account but not the full amount. Expedia customer service to the rescue!!”
