“Clean rooms, big rooms, but not a lot of amenities were open. Apparently there is a huge buffet but it wasn’t open. Only one of the restaurants was open and it was very expensive. We only had appetizers and 2 drinks and it was over $200. We went offsite for breakfast. ”

“I would think twice before booking this place. Would you like clean towels? Would you like a well maintain hotel? Would you like friendly staff and management? Would you like your room clean daily if staying more than one night? If yes, then dont come here. You're not going to find that here. The hotel has not been maintained and not clean. They charge you for double tax, resort fees which should be used to clean and maintain the hotel. Especially considering how much you pay for the room. Staff……

“The gym was small and lacked equipment, which was a bit disappointing. However, the room itself was spacious and maintained at a perfect temperature. The bed, unfortunately, was too firm for my comfort. On a positive note, the staff was incredibly friendly, and I felt very safe throughout my stay thanks to visible security before accessing the elevators. The bathroom was beautiful, and the room offered a beautiful view, with blackout curtains. Overall, I’m giving this stay four stars instead……

“Unique facility ”

“This is in a very good location . There is underground parking . The rooms require updating the king bed was comfortable, there was complimentary kurig coffee and water . The bathroom shower condition was in visibly poor condition and requires renovation, the shower was functional . The mechanical A/c did not work the heat was functional AC would be nice …..we were able to open windows and have a nice cross ventilation. This is not a four star hotel the property can use a refresh . The hotel……

“What attracted me to picking this location was the unique design of the building and the detail in paying attention to American Indian heritage. Everyone was very friendly. Ample parking, beautiful views of the mountain, easy access to restaurants, Starbucks. Will definitely come back . ”

“Room was extremely clean, but the furniture is in need of an overhaul. Had expected a whirlpool bath but shower only, though shower itself was top notch. Beds need an upgrade as well, most hotels of the caliber have gone hybrid foam or hybrid coil. TV is too small given room size which is quite spacious. A scolding from the valet for improper check-in didnt sit well either. Matter of fact, the hotel might consider a conversation about quest etiquette with the whole valet staff. Gorgeous hotel……
