“Good”

“All staff and cleanliness is up to par but getting a good quality room can be hit and miss. AC unit can be problematic. Not functioning properly and noise level from being run down machine drastically high. Outside of hotel highly attractive and theme for NM really cool but inside is a bit run down lobby area and elevator clunky and worn gets job done. First room lamps broken and falling apart no lighting and AC not functioning. Very accommodating move new room and it was much nicer with more……

“The property is dated and it would be nice to have it returned to its past. An updated restaurant menu would also be helpful. Pool area still a good attraction. Front desk staff very helpful”

“The swimming pool was not anything like on the website. That was the primary reason to stay at this resort. The lady by the elevators gave me a hard time getting to my room...the gentleman was way nicer and polite.”

“I believe it used to be a motel that has been transformed into a cute, tiny hotel. It was not very close to La Plaza so walking was intense without a car. We had hot days, stores did not open before 10/11 am and many were close d completely or would close at 5 pm. All in all it was ok but I found staff as totally uninformed and non cooperative. Most common answer was "I don't know".”
