「The hotel is in a great area for shopping/eating. The carpet is old in the hallways and rooms so it has a bit of an old feet smell. The bathroom did not have a fan. The room felt very hot at times. The staff were excellent. Always helpful and very kind. Thanks.」

「The only big complaint was we stayed for 4 nights and never had maid service. We only needed towels replaced and never got them. I never complained because we left so early and got back so late we worked it out. I could have gone down to get more towels at the desk but was hopeful they would show up the next day and they never did.」

「The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. Parking was great and lighted. The walls and floors are thin so you can hear everything from the people walking above you to the elevator doors squeaking open and closed. Breakfast was ok. Was looking forward to pancakes but the machine was broken. The pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom of the steps in the shallow end so we skipped that. Wouldn’t stay here again but it’s an affordable option for families.」

「Pet friendly and they give pet little treat bag. Housekeeping went out of their way to help get a chair in our room that we needed for comfort. The only thing that could have been better is that the carpet needed cleaning. It was a pet friendly room but carpet needed cleaned.」

「Love this hotel. Easy location with lots of walkable restaurants. Coffee in lobby is great, Rooms are spacious and the state cookie at check in is such a nice touch.」

「Breakfast was good. But room I got was near staircase exit and I woke up to it early banging closed」

「 The staff were very welcoming. The only downside was the old elevator.」
