St. Francis hotel in Santa Fe was a wonderful stay. Genuinely friendly staff, nice clean room with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the on-site wine tasting room-Gruet vineyards. The sage smoked margarita at the on-site Secreto Bar is marvelous! I loved the overall ambiance at this hotel. Great stay to enjoy the Santa Fe area.

We had an excellent experience at Hotel St. Francis. Brandon is a great representative for the hotel; he was customer friendly & very efficient. We arrived early & appreciated being granted an early check-in. Our room was very clean & comfortable. The hotel's location is ideal. We enjoyed our time at the Secreto Bar, where Storm took excellent care of my husband & me. We would stay at the hotel again & highly recommend.

Hotel St Francis is a historic Santa Fe Hotel conveniently located about a 5 minute walk to the plaza. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable and the bathroom is updated. The staff is pleasant and helpful. There’s fresh coffee in the lobby every morning. It has a nice lobby and outdoor seating area. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Although the queen room was on the small side most likely due to the age of this wonderful hotel, it was very comfortable and cozy. Everything we needed was there. The staff go out of their way to make sure that we were happy. There’s a lovely porch out front and people gather there to enjoy cocktails and or coffee in the morning. The location couldn’t be better. Everything is walkable and just magical. We can’t wait to go back and spend a weekend.

Beautiful hotel excellent location walkable to almost every interesting place like the Cathedral, Loretto Chapel, main Plaza, and may restaurants. You don’t need your car to get around. Everyone is very friendly starting from the valet attendant to the restaurant.

When we arrived our room was ready and we were informed that we were moved to a room with a Mountain View which was beautiful. The staff was excellent, they handled getting the car parked and carrying everything up to the room. The room was clean and comfortable. We were in walking distance to the plaza which was wonderful. I would stay here again.

The hotel is not very good. The best I can say is the staff were friendly. It has a "tenant" restaurant that is only open for dinner and closed on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday! The air conditioner is next to worthless, would not get the room temperature below 78 degrees. The rooms are very small, with no refrigerator, no microwave, no in-room coffee maker, and tiny tables that will just barely fit a laptop computer. LOTS of pets roaming around the lobby. I cannot recommend it and will not stay there again.

The most beautiful, peaceful property. The staff is excellent and I loved the valet parking. We had to make some changes in our travel arrangements and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Also a perfect location in the plaza.

This hotel is a great location in Santa Fe. The front desk staff was very helpful. They have a beautiful seating area out front and a nice bar and wine tasting area. The hotel was very clean, and the room was very comfortable.

Fairly underwhelming room with one large bed and literally no place to move , no chairs to even sit down to get your shoes on. Exactly at 11am staff was persistently knocking on the door to check out despite us telling them we are getting out bags. The hotel smelled of smoke Only redeeming quality was that staff was super nice. Not sure it was worth the expensive rate we paid Felt like YMCA with a bed
