The property and rooms are beautiful, but instead of offering a typical complimentary breakfast, they charged a lot and called it eating at a bistro for basic things like a small box of frosted flakes. Also, my daughter fell in the bathtub twice because of how slippery it was, and it was only afterward I found the rolled up bathmat on the top shelf of the closet. Having to Google things like 'symptoms of broken ribs' on one's vacation definitely made it memorable, but not something I'd want to repeat. When I told the attendant at the desk that the bathtub was very slippery, she snarkily told me that 'that's why there are bathmats.' I think a better way would be to at least sympathize with an injured customer and then maybe take a note that their system of hiding bathmats in the closet is not working for everyone. Like, put up a sign or something.
