“Good”

“First, the good: I will say that the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful! We had one request during our stay for help with a TV that would not turn on, and it was resolved promptly before we returned to our room. There were complimentary muffins, apples, and coffee available each morning in the lobby which was a nice surprise because I did not see anything about that online. The lobby is really cool, and appears to be well maintained. The price we paid for our room was competitive for……

“The hotel and room were very nice and everyone was helpful. I am sensitive to smells and the only complaint I had was the room had a strong smell of cleaning fluid. We had to open the windows and leave the room for a while to air it out.”

“Property is nice and elegant but the AC wasn’t working in part of the hotel. We booked 3 rooms and two of them the AC didn’t work. We were there in June . We asked for two adjoining rooms and they couldn’t accommodate.”

“The Inn and Spa at Loretto is an amazing resort. It is within walking distance to the Plaza. The Loretto chapel is right next door and is incredibly beautiful with the winding staircase. The pool at the Inn was awesome! We were there on a Sunday afternoon and they had poolside service that was outstanding! We will definitely return when we are in Santa Fe!”

“Two overnight stays while traveling to and from California. Staff is very helpful. I would stay here again. Cultural decor is well put together and makes the hotel not like the sterile lobbies/hallways/rooms we are used to. Only downside is this hotel is a little older and it shows a little in some ways but I’d definitely stay here again. I should also note I scouted out the area because I’m from out of town and didn’t want to find myself in an unsafe area/location. This hotel was recommended as……

“Excellent and scenic location and first class facilities. Staff was helpful. Margaret was very helpful and welcoming. She is a conscientious worker and courteous. I enjyoued talking to her. Pam helped us to celebrate our family reunion on her own initiative. She exuded warmth and we felt welcome there. Vivian Shaw was also very helpful during our contract talks and kept in touch with me, which is an example of professionalism and promptness. We would like to come back to your place in the near……
