「Very large rooms with a feel of the “ olden days”. The building is wonderful. A lot of history through out. Worth going around and reading about all of the famous people and shows that have been there . Very helpful staff.
One note that I have seen with a lot of hotels these days. They have gone to these really small square pillows .Very uncomfortable to sleep on. Go back to 2 king pillows!」

「I am submitting this complaint because the condition of my hotel room was unacceptable. Upon entering the room, I found multiple roaches, visible mold, and dirty conditions throughout the room. The bathroom and other surfaces appeared unclean, and the overall condition raised serious concerns about health and sanitation.」
