"There had been a water leak earlier in the week and there were huge fans blowing right outside our door. You could hear them all night. After the first night they accidentally checked us out (another guest in another room checked out and they put down our room number). An employee walked into our room without knocking and said it was because we were supposed to be checked out. This was all very strange and it was a terrible feeling to have someone walk in on me and my children in a hotel room while we were getting ready. I also had to have them reinstate our second night, so we had someplace to stay, since we had been checked out. It was all very confusing and hectic. "

"Leaking toilet , filthy carpet , dirty walls, rude staff"

"The hotel says it was under renovation but it wasn’t just dirty from the renovations. The hallways hadn’t been vacuumed in who knows how long. Most amenities had signs that said out of order - including the fitness room which was completely empty and closed. The pool and welcome area was very cool and you could tell this hotel was absolutely fabulous— about thirty years ago. "
