"We stayed at the Indigo for three nights. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff does a great job of cleaning and restocking the room each day. The front desk staff are friendly, couteoua and helpful. The on site restaurant is super. "

"Took 2 and 1/2 hours to get into my room because they couldn't get the keys to work mind you i was only there to sleep before i had to get up so 3 to travel. Complete waste of money not to mention the room had dead bugs or bugers with blood on the walls really gross. "

"There was no one at the reception desk when we arrived. Had to wait for him. As he was checking us in, he was rattling off "his usual comments" when I asked him to repeat himself. He took a deep sigh, turned to face me and slowly went through his discourse. He was annoyed. Oh well, customer service takes patience!! "

"We are a family of four. Checked in at around 9:30pm. Got unpacked & ready for bed at about 12:30 our neighbor started playing very very loud music, I waited it out for about 30 mins then called down to ask if there were any restrictions on music & they told me they would call the room to ask to lower music. Music was lowered but definitely not enough "
