Kids (or Kids at heart) Fun includes an entire FLOOR just for kids! There are 2 air hockey tables, Skee Ball, ping pong, basketball arcade, racecar arcade, Pacman, and miniature golf.

Looking to RELAX and a Romantic Getaway:
The nature of the bluff provides the feeling that you are at your very own PRIVATE BEACH! The professional photographer said “It feels like I’m at a tropical beach in paradise” when walking down the hiking trail to the water, and we think you will feel the same. Neighbors are rarely at the water, and most are unable to see the beach area because of the bluff making this really feel like a private beach. Located across from the yacht club marina, you have the BEST view of the sailboats that are out almost every day and are so peaceful to watch. This is a quiet neighborhood in which many deer visit in the evenings (corn is provided to feed them), and a fox comes to visit almost every night. Let the kids “camp” in the teepee, and enjoy a romantic evening by the firepit table roasting marshmallows and listening to the waves.
Perfect house to have a couples vacation and include the kids. Invite another family...during the day the men can fish, women can sunbathe, while the kids play in the lake and find sea shells. At night, the men can gamble on the loft, women can visit on the deck , while kids can have a blast in the game room/theatre room! (Although, we have seen where the parents enjoy the game room as much as the kids!)

If it RAINS?? NO PROBLEM!. There is plenty of fun to be had with all of the games in this house.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: The beautifully landscaped bluff is the key to this property in making it so UNIQUE in gazing at the aqua blue colors of the clearest lake in Texas! Many can’t believe they are still in Texas when experiencing the serenity of this bluff nestled under the trees. The most amazing views are on this lake front property. It provides some of the best views of the widest parts of the lake as it is located on the middle of the lake and not a cove. The yacht club marina being directly across the lake is an added bonus, as watching one take a sunset sail is very relaxing. It is one of the closest lakefront rentals to Whitewater Amphitheater, New Braunfels, and Gruene, TX. It is also just around the corner from Boat Ramp 2. For family fun, it is not too far from Sea World and Natural Bridge Caverns.
This house sleeps 12 people. There are four bedrooms with 4 king size beds, and 4 twin beds in two trundles in the game/theatre room. Middle floor has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a kitchen that includes a gas grill. The top floor has the master bedroom with a huge walk in closet, and double shower. There is also another bedroom with a full bathroom and the loft. The ENTIRE bottom floor is the game room/theatre room, and it includes a bathroom with shower.
Quit time is 9pm and will be strictly enforced.

There is a strict quiet time imposed on the property of 9:00 pm. If you would like to have an event, please let us know ahead of time so that we can make arrangements for you.
