"Spent two, very happy weeks at this lovely villa. Very clean and well equipped with a beautiful garden and pool. The location is outstanding as you can walk to the wonderful beach in just a few minutes. Charming shops and restaurants a 10 minutes walk away."

"Overall good value for money but lighting must be added on the walkway in front of main entrance as it’s dark and lots of potholes. An older lady fell twice and hurt herself."

"It looks nicer on the pictures, they are selling a dream. It was dirty in the hotel area, trash on the ground and some poo in the corridor to the room... In the bathroom some parts of the equipments are falling apart. Thankfully the receptionist was very nice and helpful. In the water park everything was closed except the snack. People didn't dare to go into the water as it was freezing cold. "

"Villa Agathea has a nice spatious garden/terrace so you can eat outside with the whole family. The kitchen has everything you need including a washing machine which means you can save on packing extra clothes. Most shops for daily groceries and the beach are only a few minutes walk. Montpellier, Beziers, Nimes, Agde, Carcassonne and Cap d'Agde are worth while. Golfers can enjoy the beautiful Golf Course which is close to Villa Agathea. The villa itself is well maintained. "We verbleven met 7 personen in dit uitstekende vakantiehuis. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is er aanwezig. De kamers zijn ruim, voorzien van airco en hebben uitstekende bedden. Het is heel rustig, geen inkijk van andere huizen, maar toch dichtbij het kleine gezellige centrum. De eigenaars zijn ontzettend behulpzaam, warm en vriendelijk. Je wordt hier prima ontvangen! Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf, wij raden dit huis absoluut aan!"

"Mobil-home très mal entretenu, accès véhicule impossible sans risquer de rayer la carrosserie. Le camping laisse vraiment à désirer, l'entretien des voies d'accès, les haies, sont à l'abandon. Je ne conseillerais pas ce lieu."

"We stayed for 2 nights whilst exploring the area. Check in was fine but we were asked to pay a deposit which is not mentioned when booking and us very old school and not something one expects in today’s Hôtel environment. They stated they have a roof terrace with drinks and snacks available. However this roof top terrace is merely a terrace to one of their larger rooms and there is not actual bar or person to serve you - not really a true roof top terrace. Charging a nightly charge for our pet seems excessive as they do not use much - but the hotel did provide two small dog bowls and some snacks for him. No treats for us though. A good location and quiet for all that Cap D’Agde has to offer"
