Welcome to this recently built apartment, offering an atmosphere of tranquility and privacy. Ideally located in the second row from the waterfront, just 90 meters from the beach, it is close to bus stops, the city center (5 minutes away), and the shops and restaurants of the northern part of the island.

Relax in the shared pool at any time and enjoy a sea view from the terrace.

This contemporary accommodation features three air-conditioned bedrooms, including a master suite. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with an Italian shower. The fully equipped open kitchen leads to a living room and dining area, creating an atmosphere conducive to relaxation on the terrace with a partial sea view, in an exotic setting.

The famous Pereybere beach is just a 3-minute drive away. The residence is secured 24/7 with the presence of a guardian and offers private parking.
