Hôtel correct, un peu vétuste

Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très agréables. La cuisine est très bonne, le petit déjeuner simple mais copieux et varié. Seul bémol : les toilettes et la salle de bain communes à plusieurs chambres. L'emplacement est idéal pour les randonneurs

Simpelt og primitivt hotel

Hotellet virker meget slidt og simpelt . En del støj pga trafik til bad og toiletter . Billederne er ikke helt svarende til det man møder . Speciel attitude man blev mødt med. Maden var mere ala cafeteria end restaurant . Udsigten var dog i top og turen derop var spændende .

Établissement digne d’une auberge de jeunesse, salle de bain commune et très vétuste, tout comme la chambre. Pour y accéder n’ayez pas froid aux yeux car la route est très dangereuse mais il n’en reste pas moins la vue !!! Le plus de notre nuitée, une hôtesse très gentille, En revanche au vu de l’établissement et de son point géographique sur les 2 nuits réservées nous avons décidé de partir quitte à perdre la 2eme ….

The staff was very disrespectful and had no manners, they treated us like we weren't welcome. The owner started yelling at me and started cursing. It was a very disturbing experience. Im left dissatisfied. I wish i never booked there.

Quirky but wonderful hotel.

We were greeted be a friendly, happy gentleman even though we had been delayed until 10.30pm. He managed the checkin smoothly. The room had 2 single beds as requested, my mattress was a little lumpy. The off suite bathroom toilet was clean and functional, the shower was good. The hotel is a bit quirky but just look at the view and all of the quirkiness goes away, it is in a fabulous place with panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Breakfast is a taste delight, the pastries are sooo fresh, the cakes and pies are fantastic, there is an array of yogurts, fruits, cereals, bread, cheese,and cooked meats all to test your tastebuds. The rest of the management and staff are cheery and friendly and spoke English for us. The restaurant in the evening has a very tasty menu, some tradition recipes went down a treat and served professionally, and all with the view of the lake as the sun went down, wonderful place, wonderfull stay , thanks to all.

Nous sommes arrivés à 17h et avons trouvé les portes clause. Après avoir tambouriner à la porte de la cuisine un homme nous ouvre et semble surpris de nous voir, en disant « mamamia » quand nous lui disons que nous avons réservé pour ce soir. Après un appel, enfin la gérante arrive, nous montre la chambre, draps et taie d’oreiller sale, douche commune à plusieurs chambres. Vraiment pas accueillant. N’allez pas voir sous la terrasse, c’est une vrais déchèterie. Nous ne sommes pas restés et cela n’as pas étonné la gérante. Une habitude je pense. Fuyez vite

What a view

Restaurant was incredible, service was amazing. Breakfast was outstanding. The view from the property is obscenely beautiful. Shared bathroom and shower is a bit of a draw back but the view and the meals made up for it easily. Lovely people.

Hotellet var stängt när vi kom fram. Dåligt att man kan boka ett hotell som inte är öppet. Var ju lite besvärligt att hitta ett nytt hotell på kvällen längst upp på en bergstopp….

This is not a hotel, it’s a hostel with a shared bathroom with no toilet seat and no key to lock the bath. There is no transportation to the hotel in the evening from the Funicular. No taxis and the hostel staff didn’t answer the phone. We had to get a ride with someone who works for the funicular company. Also the hostel is very noisy and not suitable for noise sensitive people. The man who runs the restaurant can be very rude too. I arrived there with a flu, and when asked to cancel the booking for the remaining two nights, they simply didn’t care and refused to do that. They didn’t have any paracetamol and first aid kit. In addition, they couldn’t provide reliable information about anything such as local transportation. This is a restaurant with a few rooms at the top of the restaurant, more like a hostel for an emergency stop if you are really stranded in Bruneta but I hope you don’t get to that. My friend didn’t take a shower in the 24 hours that we were there. I paid £80 for the night so this was a complete rip off.

Salle de bains commune envahie de fourmis. Lavabo dans la chambre sans eau chaude. Parties communes sales. Hotel très mal isolé. On entend tout ce qui se passe. Aucune rénovation depuis 50 ans. Pas de prise de courant dans la chambre. Dommage le cadre est très bien.
