The room was clean, comfortable, and very large. The view was beautiful and the owner was great to talk to, he gave lots of good travel advice for the area and prepared a nice breakfast every morning. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful view of the mountains from our room terrace.we sat there for lunch & that evening had some vino.I was also able to see another room that had a sweet view of the Lake Just a short walk to a small beach area in Lierna (Lake Como!). Then a Ferry ride to Belaggio also nearby. Our stay in the Hosts home was absoutely spectacular because of his kindest greetings, helpfull knowledge of places to eat & places to visit. He made sure we where comfortable.

La casa es muy acogedora, muy limpia y cómoda. La estación de tren está casi en la puerta de la casa, muy conveniente llegar en tren. Fuimos en auto y preferimos estacionar en la estación porque la calle que da a la casa es demasiado estrecha. Danielle, el anfitrión fue muy amable y servicial. Definitivamente volvería.

B&B Casa Nini was the best stay in our Italy trip this time. It was located in the a small, beautiful, peaceful little town and right next the train station, which was so convenient. Our room had a lake/mountain view. Love it! Most importantly, Mr. Daniel, the owner, was amazing person. He made us felt like home. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Charming and memorable stay with Dr Daniele and Casa Nini. Dr Daniele was utterly charming and helpful, from directing us into the car park to making dinner reservations (trust him! The food and views at Sottovento are amazing!). The morning of our departure he served a hearty continental breakfast and directed us to a local hike. He was a large part of our remarkable experience and I plan to return!

Daniel was a great host. He greeted us right at check-in time. He gave us a complete briefing on the house and property, then showed us our room. This B&B was prefect for our 3 day stay at Lake Como. Daniel provided us with train times and local restaurant information. I’ve traveled the world being retired from the USAF. This B&B by far was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, not to mention the very reasonable cost per night. A must stay at Lake Como in Lierna. Hats off to Daniel for a great time in his home.

It was a nice stay overall. The view is nice, and the rooms are clean. Parking can be a bit tricky since the entrance to the garden is narrow, but there’s a convenient parking lot at the nearby train station for €10 per day. Overall, a pleasant experience.
