「The property didn’t match what we thought we had selected. We thought we were getting the apartment with a kitchen. We were placed in a room and the bathroom was down the public hallway and up a set of stairs. When talking to the owner she offered us the apartment we thought we had for and additional $30 Euro per day with a $20 Euro utility fee. She told us we should have looked at her website to see the rooms even though we used Expedia. I get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom...

「Das Alla Torre del Barbarossa liegt ruhig oberhalb von Mandello del Lario; abseits vom Lago-Como-Tourismus. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt und gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist hausgemacht, unkompliziert und gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft von Stefano: aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein und hilfsbereit bei konkreten Fragen. In 20 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Varenna und kann dort per Fähre alle Ortshaften an den Ufern erreichen oder sogar bis Como fahren.」
