Grosses Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren zu sechst dort, sodass jeder sein eigenes Zimmer hatte. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Der Fussweg nach Cala Ratjada kann sich ziemlich ziehen, wir sind schnell aufs Taxi umgestiegen (10€ pro Strecke), was sich für den Preis definitiv gelohnt hat. Ansonsten sind auch fussläufig Supermärkte und Restaurants in Capdepera erreichbar. Positiv: Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Klimagerät, grosszügige Bereitstellung an Handtüchern, ausreichende Küchen-Ausstattung (ausser Geschirrhandtücher) und gemütlicher Aussenbereich. Check-In ging durch Schlüsselbox unkompliziert, insgesamt 4 Schlüssel vorhanden. Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters war ebenfalls schnell und unproblematisch. Negativ: Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können, insbesondere die Böden, die Trinkgläser und der Boden im Pool hätten besser gereinigt werden können. Auch bröckelt in einigen Zimmern der Putz von der Decke. 2-3x sind auch die Sicherungen rausgeknallt. Diese konnten aber schnell wieder reingedrückt werden.
