    In the east of Mallorca, in Canyamel, you will find the beautiful Villa Albatros, which impresses with its proximity to the sea and a lovely view. The 276 m² holiday home offers bright, modernly furnished rooms. The villa consists of a cosy living and dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them en-suite), as well as a guest WC, and accommodates 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, and 2 televisions with satellite reception. A baby cot can be provided on request. The fantastic outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired: a pool (heated, available for an extra charge), a well-kept garden, furnished terraces, sun loungers, lounge and dining areas with barbecue, as well as an outdoor shower ensure unforgettable holidays. The nearest sandy beach, Cala Rotja, is 400 m (about 5 minutes on foot) from the property. A restaurant and a supermarket can be reached in about 4 minutes by car (2 km).

Lovely villa!

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Albatros. All the amenities you could imagine, great host Michael was on hand at all times to help us navigate the mod cons of the Villa and available via WhatsApp. Beautiful and quiet location suitable for families. Cons: The travel cot at the Villa did not have a proper mattress so we have to improvise with some bedding, would suggest bringing your own bedding for the travel cot if needed.

sehr schöner grosser Pool. Zugang jedoch recht umständlich über Aussentreppe und nicht, wie die Fotos den Anschein erwecken, direkt aus dem Haus.Vor dem Haus nur ein eher kleiner Balkon, Sitzgelegenheit dort nicht sehr einladend.Haus geräumig, aber alles sehr alt. Inventar / Geschirr zusammengewürfelt, Funktion der Küchenmöbel eingeschränkt.Regendusche im UG funktioniert nicht. Warmwasser dauert sehr lang. Alles sicher nicht schlimm und für einen Urlaub tolerierbar, aber dem aufgerufenen Preis absolut nicht angemessen

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit der "Großfamilie" - DANKE!

Pros: Herrlich viel Platz für alle (6 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind) für z. B. Homeoffice im geräumigen Esszimmer, Lesen im Schatten im Garten, Ballspielen mit dem Kleinsten ;) - Gut ausgestattete Küche - reichlich Geschirr!! Danke, Michael, für die perfekte Organisation und den nette Empfang bei unserer Ankunft!

Insgesamt ein rundes Urlaubserlebnis.

Pros: Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen (Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) in kurzer Entfernung. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit dem notwendigen Equipment war mehr als ausreichend. Eigentlich sind es 2 Wohnungen übereinander, so dass mehr als genug Platz für 2 Paare mit Kindern wäre. Wir waren als Gäste 2 befreundete Ehepaare. Wer gerne Golf spielt findet in unmittelbarer Umgebung 4 tolle Plätze.

Unterkunft genau wie auf den Fotos

Tolles, großes, sauberes Haus. Übergabe und Betreuung problemlos. Bei Anliegen war Michael sofort zur Stelle und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist super ruhig, selten so gut geschlafen. Es gibt nichts negatives zu sagen außer, dass der Wasserdruck der Duschen wirklich suboptimal ist und der Herd in der unteren Küche reagiert nicht richtig, war etwas krampfig. Toll war auch, dass schon einige Dinge in der Küche, wie Essig, Kakao und Salz schon vorhanden waren und es mit benutzt werden durfte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Eine sehr geräumige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Finca mit tollem Garten und schönem Pool. Endlich einmal angenehme, bequeme Matratzen in den Schlafräumen. Auf Mallorca nicht selbstverständlich! Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung vor Ort durch Michael. Traumhaft ruhige Lage zum Entspannen. Cons: Die Beleuchtung in der Küche ist leider viel zu dunkel.

Komfortables Haus mit Meerblick in ruhiger Wohnlage

Pros: Neuwertiges, sehr komfortables Haus. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts vermissen, super funktionierende Klimaanlage, großer Gasgrill, Handtücher mehr als ausreichend, sehr bequeme Betten. Jede Etage ist praktisch eine eigene Wohneinheit. Ruhige Lage in einem gepflegten Wohngebiet, eine kleine Bucht (Cala Rotja) und Restaurant sind fussläufig erreichbar. Für alles andere benötigt man das Auto (nächster Ort Canyamel mit tollem Strand, Restaurants und Mini-Supermarkt, große Supermärkte in Cala Ratjada). Michael als Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hat sich immer sofort um alles gekümmert. Insgesamt ist alles genauso wie auf den Bildern. Absolute Empfehlung!
