Pros: Kitchen is well equipped (pots, pans, spices etc) Lidl and Marcedona is within 3 km Cons: Stove and owen needs an update Bad sewar smell from the basement One of the bedrooms is located in the basement Only a few restaurants in the area, need to take bus to Capdepera for better selection
