Magnificent Perigordian house nestled in a wooded park (1.3ha) which encourages calm and serenity.

Composed of 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a shower room, you will find all the comfort necessary for a relaxing stay. Large living room, dining room, equipped kitchen and back kitchen with washing machine and dryer, wi-fi, provide you with all the equipment you need for your stay.

A large swimming pool (6x14m) with outdoor kitchen awaits you to enjoy the Dordogne sun.
You can also enjoy a magnificent dining terrace and an outdoor lounge.

Near the bastide of Monpazier, you will discover one of the most beautiful vestiges of the medieval period of the Dordogne.

Lascaux, Rocamadour, Issigeac, Bleignac, Villeneuve sur Lot ... magnificent places to visit.
