First I want to say I find this place beautiful and amazing and would like to stay again if these things were addressed. Safe furniture that is actually functional. A TV mounted in main bedroom. If this had fallen on a child or my dog instead of me it could have killed them. I contacted and the first thing was said, well I think you are covered for damage insurance and no concern that a TV fell and cracked over my back. Lightbulbs need to be replaced and a well-book with codes, or they should be texted upon arrival. Bathroom shampoo dispensers break off. The duration of hot water is limited to half a tub. No pressure in main shower bath.The place is beautiful and the beds were cozy.

A great place for a great stay! Decorated so well, wonderful pool, beautiful view from our 3rd floor balcony, and easy access to the beach. Even saw a rocket launch. We loved this property!

Great family vacation

This condo and location was great for our family trip. The beach was an easy walk and the pool was wonderful. The condo itself had everything we needed for our stay.

Great Condo!

This condo is exactly as described! We loved our time here and the location is great. We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings, watching the waves crash and listening to the ocean. Everything is a short drive away. We even went to Epcot for a day and the 50 minutes isn't a bad drive at all. The beds were comfortable. It was also great to have beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella! We saw 2 launches from the beach in front of the condo, as well, and it is the perfect spot!

Amazing place!

All of the previous reviews were accurate- this place was superb! Beautiful, clean, great location on the beach, has everything you need and fantastic communication! It was perfect for our family with 2 young adults. We definitely plan to stay there again!

Awesome place!

Pictures were accurate and everything was clean! Amazing access to the beach. Just a few streets back from many restaurants options as well as putt putt and grocery options. Would stay again!

Spring Break

We had an amazing time. The property was clean, updated and had a super fun vibe for teens with MCM decor. Perfect location, easy to walk to the pier, Ron Jon’s, Starbucks for coffee. Right on the beach. The condo complex was very safe, keys to get to the pool, elevator etc. Extraordinarily clean—we saw the same gentleman cleaning the pool/common areas every morning when drinking coffee on the balcony.

Beautifully updated unit

You have to pick up the key from a different address. The email with these directions went to my junk mail but other emails did not. When we arrived in the middle of the night we could not get in. The manager eventually responded to my calls and texts, but check in process needs to be confirmed. After this the rest of our stay was WONDERFUL! Great Cape Canaveral beach access and nice pool area. We would stay again.

We rented this apartment and two other aptmts in Canaveral Towers for a family reunion. The unit was wonderful, updated and fit our needs. Could not be better situated right in front of beach. The management was very responsive and cordial.

The property was beautifully updated with a mid-century look that was carried throughout the unit with high-end quartz countertops, coordinating tile, flooring, light fixtures, and decor.

Modern decor and perfect location!

The condo has been fully renovated. The modern and stylish decor is wonderful! The location is perfect for the beach, pool, biking and walking as well as close to many restaurants and local watering holes. We will definitely stay here again! The host was gracious and check in was super easy!

Understated beach view

The beach view of this property was amazing! Condo is completely renovated as stated and tastefully done. It is away from the busier part of cocoa beach. Perfect for families. We will be back.

Great location, brand new

This is a great condo with a beautiful view. It is freshly renovated in a building that is being renovated. Everything is beautiful and the condo feels luxurious. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates, glasses but missing things like a tea kettle, and a salad bowl. Not a big deal but I like to cook and we cook almost all of our meals so the tools missing were a little bit of an inconvenience. We had another issue, that was resolved and overall we had a nice stay. I already miss that view!
