「This was the perfect spot for our trip to Cocoa Beach. Steps from the beach and Pier. The condo was easy to find and had parking right outside the door. The condo was spacious, very clean and very well appointed. Mark is a top notch host and we would stay here again. 」

「We had a wonderful experience and family vacay here. Condo was clean, great location. Could use a few more cooking utensils, hot pads, paper towels. We had to buy these to make a few meals. No ice maker make sure you buy a bag. I grew up here so I enjoyed being a local for a while. 」

「The door code was a nice change from having a keyed entry. There was a well stocked kitchen and the unit decor was attractive. It was a great location and we loved the patio!」

「Unit was nice as a lot of pet friendly accommodations are not. Unit had high moisture that we could not control , may need dehumidifier. Front parking was unkept with mounds of leaves and rear porch needs cleaning and paint. 」

「Well stocked for 4 plus people - beach towels/ chairs/ cooler, some spices etc in kitchen, etc. Easy access to beach, outside showers, etc, in an uncrowded smaller condo. There was a bit of an odor to my sensitive nose - probably from the humidity. Owner was very gracious and understanding when we could not come because of the Helene threat and was a great communicator.」
