“Not a good place to stay for vacation unless you're a group of college kids who wont be inside much. There were holes in the ceiling from water leaks. Our condo did NOT face the beach, the ad gives you the impression your balcony is facing the ocean. We actually faced into the balconies of another complex. Bugs were present. Musty smelling like black mold is in the walls and ceiling. A lot of things were rusty. Bed is wore out and nasty smelling pillows were hard as a rock. We had to sleep on……

The kitchen items are worn and need updates/refresh as does the main bathroom vanity and toilet as both were cracked and well worn. The location was excellent as well. It would be helpful if beach chairs were included in rental since this is an oceanfront property but there were stores nearby to purchase. ”

The location is not ideal for sight seeing, there is no grass/ playground for children to play in, and the place is right by a high traffic area so you hear the vehicle noise constantly. With all that said, the host was easy to get ahold of, they communicated well and seemed very polite. If you want seafood, this location is right next to a very popular restaurant/ bar. ”
