「We only stayed one night this time, but I have to give a five star rating for the over all experience. We were out of town for our son's birthday, and of all days, our car decided to act up due to a battery issue. My husband and I were very stressed about the trip and trying our best not to let the kids sense it. After a day at the zoo and then chuck E cheese, we carefully made it to the hotel. We were absolutely exhausted, but check in was quick and easy and we were in our room shortly after....

「Hotel manager said this was an apt not a hotel? I stayed over a month and Housekeeping came twice. They gave us a hard time asking for towels and toilet paper and using the brooms and mops. I though this was a long stay hotel?」
