「Nice home in a nice area close to shops restaurants and the beach if that’s wanted. Nice yard for our dogs to run and play in. Pool is not heated but with some beautiful weather and warm days we were able to enjoy it the end of our stay. Well kept home with friendly neighbors. 「The property is old, and the elevator is slow and noisy, but those are minor things. The location was excellent, away from the congestion of Cocoa Beach, but convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful. Our unit was clean and comfortably furnished, complete with all that you need to enjoy the ocean. Our grandson said it best, “It’s old, but it’s nice. I really like it here”. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.」

「Had a nice stay at this condo unit at the SandCastles resort which is right on the beach. The unit itself was very nice, clean, kitchen had two coffee pots, very basic kitchen stuff but that’s fine. There was a SpaceX launch one night we were there and we had a great view from the balcony. Only issues… the balcony faces a run down long term stay apartment building and a vacant lot that is being excavated and I would assume something will be built there over the next year so we thought it should...
