「I loved the water front location. There was a ton of space in the townhome. Things to improve upon: a larger TV/a starter pack of laundry detergent and dryer sheet. No one wants to buy a big box of detergent to do one load while travelling. The kitchen was very well stocked. I personally do not care for the outside patio table and hard chairs. Not good for elderly folks. Luckily the old patio chairs were still there so it worked out fine. We really enjoyed our few days there, so relaxing. Thanks...

「Family friendly」

「Our family spent a week here around President's Day weekend 2024. The kids loved the house and talked about how they want to come back. The house is tucked into a quiet neighborhood, and we were 10-15 minutes away from everything. Tons of food options around! We went paddleboarding on the Indian River Lagoon, spent some time fishing, and had some really perfect beach weather. Will definitely come back!」

「The pool was lovely, as were the views. The unit was a bit smaller than I expected, and the stairs - while doable for me - were not ideal. A younger person would be fine. Also, bring kleenex, soap and paper towels. There's shower gel, but no soap. Coffeemaker is a Kuereg, so don't buy coffee and filters. The owner was lovely; the setting is gorgeous. Overall, it was very nice.」

「Hotel room was quiet and clean. we were surprised that there was a dishwasher and our name was displayed on the tv as a welcome. Guest services texted me a little after we checked in making sure we didn’t need anything. Breakfast was delicious coffee was amazing!! 」

「Cleanliness: The property was well maintained and the lobby looked great. Our room was also pristine. The only place dirty was the elevator. Someone had spilled water or their ice bag was dripping and it left a ton of water and dirt on the floor. Two staff members mentioned it and walked over it without doing anything. About 30 minutes later it was mopped up. So no biggie. The lady checking us in was very personable and made checking in fun. She told us where everything was and even showed us...

「The property was very quiet and is all no smoking which is amazing! The room was super clean with a nice tub and shower. They offer liquid soap, conditioner, and body wash if you forget your own. The bed was super comfortable and we slept great! The front desk representatives were very friendly and they offer a continental breakfast. 」
