The house was updated nicely and has a great layout: 1/2 bath downstairs, two full baths upstairs with three bedrooms. It easily accommodated four adults and two kids, and has bedding for a few more kids. The front porch is great and the backyard has a little yard for kids to run around. Easy walk to the playground and main street. You can also walk to the beach, though if you have a lot of gear, you'll want to drive the two minutes instead.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Saint of Circumstance had all we needed for a beach vacation. The location was near enough to the beach since we like to walk and bike and close to downtown shops and restaurants which was great for us. If you have small kids you would probably prefer to have a golf cart. We REALLY enjoyed sitting on the porch rocking chairs and waving to everyone. Thanks!
