Pelican Fun

The property was very lovely. Kitchen had nice dishes and silverware. Pool and patio large and very pleasant. Plenty of space for the 7 of us and guests extra for dinner. A couple complaints..problems with drainage in sinks..garbage disposal. Also towels were sour..because guests are to wash their towels...they don't get dry in dryer.

House it is in a great location and the view is perfect.

However the hot tub never work, they never send anybody to fix it so the whole trip we couldn’t use it and we stayed 7 days. Garbage disposal was not working it was fix a day before we left the house need new sheets and new mattress in all bedrooms some of the doors for the bathrooms didn’t close. For the price I was expecting everything to be working.

Great House for a Family Trip

My family of 10 booked this house for a week in July. I have 2 small children who were really looking forward to the pool. On the day we arrived, the property manager was there and said the pool had to be shocked that day, so it couldn’t be used until the company came back out to check it. Because of this we lost about a day of pool time. The house was very clean, the cleaning crew was still there at check in time. It had everything that we really needed. The only problem was that we could not get the fire pit to work, and never got a response as to the status of it actually working or not. Good location, convenient to some restaurants, things to do. Would stay here again.

Pool heater did not work the whole time we were there.

As the title states the pool heater did not work the entire time we were there so our kids could not go swimming. They tried to brave it the first night we were there but it was too cold to swim. This oversight is the reason we rated this property 3-stars. It was hugely disappointing as it was one of the main reasons we chose this property. That was the #1 reason our kids wanted to go to FL as we can’t swim in the north in the winter time. The rest of the property was great but I would choose somewhere with a working pool heater the next time. The hot tub/spa is not truly a hot tub or spa because the jets don’t work and it was the same cold temperature as the pool. If you don’t care about the pool and hot tub then this place is beautiful, in a very nice area, and has access to a lot very quickly.

Great family house

We had a lovely time celebrating my sister's 40th. We rented a boat and used that to go to the beach. The pool/lanai were an excellent place to hang out. We did end up seeing a few dolphins and a manatee in the channel outside the house! Also loved the bird noises in the morning while watching the sun rise with a toddler.

Great home

Location is great and home was fantastic! They could add a blow dryer to the home, thank goodness I brought mine. Home was clean and centrally located to everything we needed. Boat dock was awesome too! We rented a boat; it was so nice just walking out the back sliding doors and getting in our boat! I would definitely rent this property again!
