Great stay

Home was just gorgeous. Definitely a place to stay. Close enough to all beaches and sights in the area. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Ford and Edison estate is a must see as well as River district in downtown Fort Meyers. Pool is beautiful we did not swim a whole lot but it was nice to sit by pool in morning having coffee and play cards in the evenings. Communication with Mary was great she was available for any questions or concerns we had. Will definitely return.

Very Comfortable

First, I have to thank Mary and Bruno for being such nice hosts and making our stay so enjoyable. They are very responsive and made this process easy. They are A++ to deal with. We stayed in the house for 6 weeks and loved it. The house was very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and the people are friendly. We went for walks daily. The location is great. Very close to almost everything you would need. There are 2 nice golf courses within 3 miles from the house. We enjoyed the pool which was cleaned and maintained every week.

Peaceful stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was nice. The beds were memory foam and very comfortable. The host was communicative. The reason we did not give a 5-Star is the pool pump was not working so we couldn't use the pool. The interior is a little dated and dark. However, we would stay here again.

Hard beds and hidden fees

Nice place but undisclosed fee for electricity not revealed until after cancellation was not an option. Fee was not unreasonable but manner it was revealed left a sour taste that tainted the trip. Beds were far too hard and pool needs a rail at steps, unsafe for older adults entering the pool. Otherwise a nice place.

Winter getaway

The Villa Pine Island property was very nice. We were looking for a winter escape with our two grown kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. The pool was warm and clean. Everything in the house was very clean. The location of the house is perfect for getting to all the best destinations near Fort Myers. Any needs or concerns we had were addressed immediately. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Time in Cape Coral

Our stay in Villa Pine Island was fantastic! The house is equipped with everything possible to spend a comfortable time with family or friends. It has above and beyond everything you to cook, to clean and to relax. This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Five minutes away you can find supermarkets and restaurants. Hostess were amazing! Excellent help at not time. They solve our questions and help us to spend a wonderful time in sunny Florida! Thank you so much!!
