Welcome to our charming vacation rental, Twin Palms, nestled in the heart of paradise in Cape Coral, Florida! Our beautiful 4 bed/2 bath home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your getaway. With a private, heated pool in close proximity to Cape Coral’s attractions and nearby beaches, it’s your ideal vacation retreat. Book your stay now and experience the beauty of Southwest Florida. Twin Palms has single-level living with an open, spacious layout and plenty of room for your group.

Bedrooms/Sleeping Spaces:
Sleeping spaces include one king bed in the Primary Suite, one king bed in Guest Room 2, two twin beds in Guest Room 3, and twin bunk beds in Guest Room 4. The bunk beds have a 250 lb max.

The Primary Suite sits on its own side of the home away from the other bedrooms. It offers a king size bed with memory foam mattress, nightstands with lamps, ceiling fan, white noise machine, digital alarm clock with phone charger, full length mirror, storage bench, 65" Smart TV, desk, chair, keyboard, phone charger and a separate entrance to lanai/pool area. There is an attached ensuite bath that includes a large vanity, double sinks, closet and a spacious walk-in shower.

Guest Room 2 features a king size bed with memory foam mattress, nightstands with lamps, white noise machine, digital alarm clock with phone charger, ceiling fan, 48" Smart TV and closet for storage that includes a luggage rack and hanging shelf organizers.

Guest Room 3 offers two twin size beds, nightstand with lamp, digital alarm clock with phone charger, ceiling fan, 48" Smart TV and closet for storage that includes a luggage rack, hanging shelf with organizers.

Guest Room 4 features a twin size bunk bed (250 lb max). There is an additional twin mattress available under the bunk beds. This room also includes a ceiling fan, luggage rack, 50" Smart TV, PlayStation5 and 2 controllers.

Bathroom 2 is located in the same hallway as Guest Rooms 2 and 3. It has a separate door leading out to the lanai/pool area. It includes a vanity and sink, and a shower/tub combo.

Twin Palms also includes a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar (seats 5) large dining room (seats 8), living room that includes a 70" Smart TV, and full service laundry room.

The screened in lanai and pool area offers a great space to gather in the sun, enjoy the pool, and eat your meals on the patio table. Pool toys are provided. Please no glass near or in the pool, and use the pool at your own risk! This space includes a 55" Smart TV, 4 lounge chairs, patio table with center flame (seats 6), comfy patio furniture (seats 6), gas grill (please clean after use) and a heated pool (85 degrees). Our outdoor space provides plenty of privacy with beautiful palms and a fence encasing the area.

Child specific amenities include a pack-n-play (with sheets), high chair, pool safety fence, life jackets (assorted sizes), beach/pools toys, child-friendly dinnerware, board games, cards, and puzzles.

We also have a pool table and foosball table available in the game room in the garage. 4 pickle ball paddles/balls, 2 yoga mats, beach chairs, coolers, 2 beach wagons, picnic basket, life jackets (assorted sizes), beach/pool toys and towels are also provided.

We do have a Ring doorbell by the front door, a security camera on the garage and inside the garage facing the driveway for your safety and security.

Great pool house

We recently visited this rental as a midwinter getaway. The house was fantastic. Perfect set up for our family, very clean and close to all amenities. The pool was a huge hit for all but especially the kids. I highly recommend. The hostess excellent at getting back to me with any questions I had.

Prompt and friendly communication with host. The neighborhood was welcoming and house was spotless clean once arrived to the home. Appreciated the welcoming goodies for the kids along with the beach essentials that came in handy! Heated pool was definitely a plus!

Well put together home

Twin Palms is a very clean nicely decorated home. It worked well for our group of 9. Especially loved all the beach gear that is available. It all came in very handy. We were a little surprised to realize the pool table is not full sized as it was one of the main reasons we rented this home. However, the kids still enjoyed playing and it worked out fine. Would definitely recommend this property.

February Getaway

We had a great stay in Cape Coral, this clean welcome home in a quiet neighborhood was great. We liked having the option to walk to Publix and Target, easy drive to shops, restaurants and downtown. We enjoyed the Farmer’s Market on Saturday too! Paula was very accessible, readily available to answer any questions. This was a great find!

Sparkling clean & charmingly furnished...

This lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath, house in Cape Coral was sparkling clean & the furnishings were new, charming & very comfortable. There were also nice perks like Keurig + regular coffee pot & snacks too. The kitchen was well furnished with cooking/dining supplies. The family room had wonderful seating for 7. The screened in pool area also had plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing, dining or sunning. The location was perfect for our visit to Ft Myers attractions & dining at Fords Garage & Two Meatballs in the kitchen. Overall this place was great & communications with the owners was great too!

The most perfect work trip!

With a contract to wire a commercial property in Ft Myers Beach after the devastation of Hurricane Ian, I spent hours upon hours to find the perfect place to host 4 of my amazing employees, plus my Fiancé and myself.. While the photos capture the general gist of it, they hardly do justice to the actual perfection that is this home. With more than enough comfortable space & plenty of beds for everyone, it was better than perfect, and the amenities made for hours upon hours of fun & ping pong/pool tournaments. I wanted to treat the guys as well as my Woman & I'm so happy they all really got the most out of everything- swimming in the perfectly tempered pool & enjoying the fire pit table on the chilly nights! Homeowner was gracious enough to help us with great ease to book an additional night, even helping us find a different place for the extra days we ended up having to stay, and kept in touch making sure everything was good for us 🙏 Definitely set a very high bar & we look forward to booking more dates for our upcoming projects!

This house was amazing. Beautiful, clean. Fort Meyers Beach is about 30 minutes away driving. Master Crab is less than 10 minutes away and it’s amazing sea food place. The house had everything you could think to need! Pool and beach accessories, grilling accessories, towels, plenty of dishes and items to cook with. Publix, Target, Walmart, Family Dollar along with alot of other places are 5ish minutes away. So so pleased with this home, will definitely book again!

Good location could get anywhere we planned in about 30 minutes. Clean, comfortable, and loved the grill! They have beach wagons and chairs which was awesome, we didn't know we brought our own! Beach toys for the kids and pool toys available my kids took full advantage. Thank you for sharing your home with us this past week!!

Great place but a few comments…

The house is absolutely great. My first comment is that you must realize that you will have many tolls to pay if you plan to travel out of Cape Coral. Keep this in mind when you rent as they can be expensive. The second comment is a suggestion for VRBO. Because of Covid, 2 of 8 members of our group could not travel as they tested positive the day before we left. I asked the owner to add the names of the members that stayed with us but could not do this and referred me to VRBO. I contacted them and they said as I paid for the whole group they could not help. The PROBLEM is that the 2 members that could not travel had to receipt to show their insurance company to get reimbursed as they could not travel. They did get reimbursed by the airline as they bought their tickets but because VRBO refuses to give us a receipt with the all the names of the members of the group, we are going back and forth between our insurer and VRBO. We have been unable to travel for 2 years and like you, excited we can start travelling again. Companies like VRBO are going to have to rethink their way of doing things to accommodate all for aspects like insurances. Having managed businesses in both Canada and USA, I know for a fact there is no problem in including this type of information on a receipt. I was just unlucky with the manager that refused to do this for us. By the way, the young lady that was assisting me at VRBO did a great job but said her manager was the one that refused to change.
