The screened-in lanai has a TV so you can watch your favorite shows or sports while soaking in the heated pool or spa, which enjoys western sun exposure.

Step outside to the heated pool and spa with sun loungers, an outdoor table for dining, and a propane grill. Fishing gear and beach gear are included, and with Gulf access, the fishing opportunities are endless. A convenient half bathroom serves as a pool bathroom for easy access from the lanai and pool area.

But the allure of this haven extends beyond the amenities. Imagine gatherings in a spacious living room or mingling by the stylish wet bar, creating a perfect ambiance for entertaining. The heart of your vacation home lies in the large, fully equipped kitchen with a central island, ready for culinary adventures.

The primary guest room with direct pool access is a spacious sanctuary with a king-size bed and an attached master bathroom boasting a roomy walk-in shower, double sinks, and an inviting soaking tub. Guest rooms include two queen bedrooms, a third bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk and an additional full bed, and the front living room with a queen sleeper sofa and TV, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. All bedrooms, living rooms, and the screened-in lanai have TVs for everyone's enjoyment.

The true adventure, however, begins on the water! With three kayaks available, you can paddle straight from your backyard and explore the peaceful canal at your own pace. Prefer to stay on land? * * This great property allows up to 2 small dogs under 35lbs (non-aggressive breeds) with paid pet fee. Pet fee is only covers the standard pet cleaning. Guest will be required to sign a pet waiver.

Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book the home, children are welcome to stay in our homes with an adult over 25 years old. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Kayaks are to be used at your own risk.

Great place!

The home is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. We had a group of 8 4 adults and 4 children (ages 4-17). The space was very open that no one felt cramped. Pool area is wonderful we spent so much time here! Property is close to so many things including beaches!
