It is a three bedroom, two bath private home with direct gulf access and is on a canal just 10 minutes from Redfish Cove. It is completely furnished with every need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Our home is conveniently located in a great residential neighborhood within short driving distance to beaches, golf courses, fishing, the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins training camps, grocery stores, restaurants, unique shops and Outlet Malls.

The main living area is an open floor plan. The fully-equipped kitchen is all new including stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, wet bar, granite counters and is open to the dining area and living room area which opens directly to the lanai featuring pool, spa, outdoor bar and grilling area, outdoor television, propane fire pit, numerous seating area. The spacious master bedroom, complete with queen bed, desk, walk-in closet, and tv, has direct access to the lanai/pool area.


The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, 2 person Jacuzzi tub, and double sinks. Second bedroom with queen bed with widescreen TV shares a bath with third bedroom with two twin beds and widescreen TV.

The private, fenced-in backyard offers many amenities. Under the 2,000 sq. ft screened-in lanai is a beach entry, gunite pool. The jetted spa tub flows into the heated pool. There is plenty of seating areas both in and out of the sun. The propane fire pit offers great relaxing family evening time. The private dock on the gulf access canal runs the width of the property. Available to all are two kayaks for your enjoyment exploring the canals and waterways.

Please note the maximum number of guest allowed on the property is 8, if you have plans of other people being on the property past listed guests please request prior to booking, we do not allow parties or gatherings.

Boat rental
2024, 23ft, triple tube, 250 hp, tritoon pontoon boat. Safe stable comfortable easy to operate family boat that will cruise with other boats in the area.

$425.00 per day, minimum two days.
Plus 6.5% sales tax

The best way to experience beautiful Cape Coral and the surrounding area is by boat. Cape Coral has over 400 miles of tropical waterways, the most in the world! You can go to many famous local beaches by boat, Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, Caya Costa, and many more. Numerous local restaurants are available by water, along with much wildlife to be seen including dolphins, manatees, many varieties of birds, and the miles of natural mangroves. We barely use our car when in Cape Coral. No more than total of eight registered guests allowed on the boat. Boat fuel is full, please refill boat fuel on your last use.

If you decide to rent the pontoon boat payment is due with the final house payment 2 weeks prior to arrival. Prior to renting the boat I would want to understand your boating experience.

Pool maintenance is done weekly on Friday mornings, lawn and yard maintenance is done on Wednesday mornings.
