We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. It is exactly what the pictures show, maybe even nicer. Very clean! It was perfect for the 3 of us. They had everything there that you could ever need. Quiet, peaceful, and such a great vacation spot. We will definitely be back!!

Wir waren als Familie drei Erwachsene 22 Tage zu Gast in der Unterkunft.Es war alles vor Ort, was man braucht. Die Küche ist mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch sind diverse Dinge für den Strandtag vorhanden. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, etc. ist ebenfalls in ausreichenden Mengen da. An der ein oder anderen Stelle könnten mal nachgebessert werden (defekte Stühle und Strandschirm sollten entsorgt werden.)Die Wohnung/Haus würden wir jederzeit wieder buchenEntspannung pur ist der Blick auf den See Louise.2 Tage hatten wir 2 Delfine an unserem Steg. Für eine ganze Woche waren 15 – 20 Manatee‘s auf dem See, Sie haben direkt am Steg geschlafen. Dies war für uns ein besonderes Erlebnis.Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes verlief schnell und problemlos. Vielen lieben Dank für den guten Aufenthalt.

This is our third time staying here. Location is excellent condo has everything needed for a well deserved vacation. Perry and Dawn are great hosts. The view of lake is so relaxing.My last review of stay here did not post the way i wanted it too.That was may 2024 should of said excellent not terrible.This place is best kept secret in cape coral.If looking for a quiet little this place is for you.Will be booking for next year.

Two good friends needed some warm temps

The condo is well kept with a few updates needed. The pool was not open, maybe were too early. It is in a perfect location between Pine Island and Fort Meyers.

We we there for 2 weeks. Met the friendly neighbor. Also got to meet the owner, Perry. Great guy. If I texted him, he got right back to me. His place is immaculate. The view of the lake was great. I will definitely stay there again and recommend.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern für 17 Tage zu Gast in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung hatte zwei Schlafzimmer (eines für die Eltern mit Doppelbett und ein Kinderzimmer mit je zwei Einzelbetten), zwei Badezimmer mit jeweils einer Dusch-/Badewanne und einem großen Wohn,- Ess- und Küchenbereich. Es war alles vor Ort, was man braucht. Die Küche ist mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch sind diverse Dinge für den Strandtag vorhanden. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, etc. ist ebenfalls in ausreichenden Mengen da. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, steht ein Pool zur Verfügung. Dieser steht zwar allen Wohneinheiten zu Verfügung, wir hatten ihn aber immer für uns alleine. Ebenso die vorhandenen Liegen und Stühle. An der ein oder anderen Stelle könnten mal nachgebessert werden (die Körbe der Spülmaschine haben die besten Zeiten schon hinter sich), aber insgesamt würde ich die Wohnung/Haus wieder buchen. In direkter Umgebung befindet sich ein Publix, andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi oder Walmart sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes verlief schnell und problemlos. Vielen Dank für den guten Aufenthalt.

Great quiet spot

Had a great time at the condo. We were in town for the 10u baseball state championship tournament. This was a great place to get away and relax. It was also a good luck charm and we ended up winning the tournament! State Champs! 💪

Der zweite wunderschöne Urlaub im Haus am See

Thank you, Perry and Dawn, for allowing us to be guests in your cottage for the second time. We had another wonderful vacation. Since the weather wasn't so good, we did a lot this year. We visited monuments, islands, parks, nature trails and markets, not forgetting the beaches in the area. Karsten had a lot of fun and success fishing. We were able to observe the manatees for 2 weeks, which was very impressive for us, then from one day to the next they were gone and turtles could be seen. We spent lovely hours with the neighbors and had a lot of interesting things to exchange. Every concern was resolved in a friendly manner and we would be happy to be our guests again. Thank you very much and stay healthy everyone!!!

Not as Described

Good location, close to all amenities and the place has basic kitchen supplies although some require replacing. The view is beautiful. Now for bad: When we arrived at the place, we were given a code to enter and found the place locked by key and locked out at 10:30pm after a long day of travel, with host Not available. Got back to us the following day after we scrambled for alternatives. The description of actual property requires updating as the pool is Not heated and Not maintained. The pool enclosure that is shown in the description is still Not fixed. These were the features we were looking for and This place indicated they have and in actual did not. The living quarters require some upkeep as well.

Our stay in this apartment was simply wonderful. We really had everything we needed. Everything you need is available in the house. Towels, cleaners, dishes, pots, even 2 bicycles, beach utensils, fishing rods. It would take too much time to list everything here. It's really all there. And anyone who complains can no longer be helped. The beds are great and not worn out, the bathrooms are clean. We also prepared everything the way we found it. Thank you Perry and Dawn for allowing us to be there for 3 weeks. Kind regards to Dennis. We knocked on the door in the morning to say goodbye, but he was probably on his way.
