This is the first home out of three we have rented in Florida that the pool was actually warm enough to enjoy. The hot tub also made our time very relaxing and we enjoyed the cooler evenings and mornings with the hot tub. Jill was such a kind host. The home was clean and beautiful.

House looks exactly as pictured. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Close to all amenities and just a short drive from the airport. Lanai area is critical to us and it did not disappoint. Communication leading up to, and during the stay with Jill was very good. Due to flight delays we were quite late arriving and we had no problem getting in touch with Jill. She was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely stay at this house again!

Spring Break 2025

We stayed for a week at the home and everything was excellent. The hot tub and pool was super easy to work, the pool was warm each day and heating up the hot tub simple with the app.The neighborhood was really nice and everyone waved when entering or exiting the neighborhood. The Publix and Walmart were less than 5 mts away.We would stay again next year but the house is already booked out.

Overall, the house was very nice and had lots of supplies. Downfalls were very poor internet and the grill grates are all rust and need replaced. Pool and hot tub were threat as well. Would stay here again

Great stay in Cape Coral

This property was perfect for our 9-day stay in the Fort Myers area. The house is in a great location, the check in process was fast and easy, and the necessary info/instructions for the house including check out procedures were readily accessible and clear. The property manager, Jill, was so responsive and lovely. The home is well appointed and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We used the pool and hot tub every day and both were fantastic. No issues at all during our stay! We will definitely rebook this property in the future!

Absolutely Perfect!

We would give 10 stars if possible! Very clean and welcoming. Nice little welcome treats, nice “in case you forgot” toiletries. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of spices. And the spa and pool were THE BEST we have ever rented! I had checked with the property manager prior to booking on the pool temperature, and it was spot on! (Than never usually happens!). Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice and clean house at perfect location

Upon arrival we noticed that the entire house was in very good shape and perfectly clean. Everything worked as expected, the control of the spa was very easy via the app. Temperature of the pool was perfect. The only small drawback was that the AC was not able to cool the master bedroom to the same temperature as the rest of the house. It was always about five degrees warmer, but for us that was not an issue. We will definitely consider the home for our next stay and recommend it to everyone.

Great house for our family of 4 !

Great house design with an open feel. The master bed/bath is on one side of the house and two beds and second bath on the other side of the house. It has a great view of the sunrise from the lanai. The house came stocked with essentials such as toilet paper, paper towel, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc. Loved being able to park our car in the garage and use the garage access door to the house. Hot tub heated up fast and was nice to sit and watch the sunset from. No hidden fees which sets it apart from other places we have stayed. Overall great experience and would highly recommend staying here!
