Friendcation

Beautiful house. No complaints at all. Only suggestion would be a fire table or pit for the cooler evenings. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay!

House was very nice and clean. We all really enjoyed the beautiful pool and lanai. I loved sitting by the pool every morning with my coffee...so relaxing. And we especially liked the big TV in the living room!! That was a bonus!! Klaus the property manager was super nice and friendly too! Thank you for making our stay on our family vacation special for us. We would totally book again!!

Sisters Get Away

My sister and I both needed a break from reality and could not have had a better experience! The house was beautiful, clean and had every amenity that we needed. We spent the majority of our time using the pool and sitting on the dock watching the gorgeous reflection of the sunsets on the canal waters. We would highly recommend this property!

Perfect spot to relax with family

My husband and two kids and I came down to Florida in January to escape the cold up north. We were still planning on doing some work and the kids were doing e-learning so we wanted a place that would have a pool on the premises. This house was perfect, it met all of our needs. It’s so much bigger than it looks from the outside, very clean, and other than your personal toiletries it has everything that you need for a stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has plenty of hand soap and toilet paper. Lots of towels for both bathing and swimming as well. Fishing poles and beach gear available in the garage. And now let’s talk about the pool. It is a really nice size, warm and clean as well. We loved sitting out there having cocktails while the kids swim and we soaked up the sun. It was a short drive to the Cape Coral pier, and about a 25 minute drive to Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach. I recommend this place, if you want a stress-free stay with a really nice pool and deck.

Very relaxing

Beautiful and very clean home. We enjoyed morning coffee in the covered lanai, and afternoons in the pool. Home is conveniently located to all the area’s restaurants & grocery stores . Very well maintained property!

Perfect getaway

The property looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Enjoyed the lanai and pool the most. Klaus is a really nice guy and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for the use of your beautiful house!

Great Villa

This Villa was not damaged in H. Ian. Inside was clean and well stocked with everything. Outside- pool was lovely as well as the dock where we had coffee in the morning and wine at sunset. Very convenient to grocery stores and shopping. It was perfect and we would recommend highly!

The Best Rest and Relaxation next to Home!

Great property and great location. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The pool was wonderful and within no time it was so comfortable and really did feel like home. Klaus the property manager was great and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to returning for another great experience.

A great stay

The property was well maintained, clean, and the management staff met all our expectations. The house had all the amenities including the pool toys. The management staff answered all questions promptly. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with an automated garage door opener which was quite handy. Thanks for a great vacation and we would certainly go back.

Short but sweet

We enjoyed our short time in Cape Coral and look forward to returning hopefully again! The house was lovely and provided everything we needed. The new HUGE flatscreen TV was an extra bonus! We also loved the porch and private pool - even at 95 degrees outside I was very comfortable. 😎

Cape Coral Villa

We stayed in the villa 10 days and everything was great. The neighborhood was very quiet for our vacation that was much needed. Close to everything or short drive. Home was very clean as advertised and pictures. The pool was so refreshing for the beautiful and hot days we had. Very spacious home. Property manager Robert was very attentive to our needs and requests. Thank you for the hospitality.

Lovely

This house is very clean and furnished nicely. The kitchen is stocked with good quality dinnerware, cookware and everything you would possibly need. The property manager was wonderful and very helpful. The lanai is nicely furnished and the pool is wonderful. Comfy adirondacks on the dock can be turned to watch the sunrise down the canal in the morning and sunset in the evening. A nice quiet cove with very few boats going by. We didn’t have children but many pool toys and a couple car seats are there also. We highly recommend this property.

Quiet and comfortable

House itself is comfortable and laid out well.. Shows some wear and tear on walls and trim. Could use a deep clean. The baseboards and area around edges of pool cage were less than pristine. Charge for addition electricity, though not a surprise, is off putting. Neighborhood appears a little rough and unkempt but was quiet and convenient to shopping.

Villa Olinda is superb

We stayed at Villa Olinda in June for a family vacation. The house is very spacious and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary prepping and cooking items. The beds are very comfortable. The master bathroom is huge. The owner and property manager are very responsive with answering any questions or concerns you may have. The location of the property is in quiet neighborhood. The house includes MANY amenities for families with kids ranging in age from new born to teenagers. The pool and patio area is wonderful for rest and relaxation. The pool does have a deep portion that is about just under 6' deep which was a surprise. Pool temperature was consistent at 86°F and didn't need adjustment. We would definitely recommend this property and would rebook if a future visit.

We had a fantastic Stay

We had a great stay the house was great. Very comfy and inviting. Markus and Klaus were extremely accommodating from providing our needed baby high chair and playpen for my daughter to check outs and extra days if we needed it. The place was very clean no bugs noted at all. Kitchen was great to cook in and the BBQ was brand new. They really seem to keep everything in top working order. There was only 1 thing that I was a bit disappointed with was the pool deck. The stones (deck) is come up and it was difficult to walk on my kids had to wear their sandals when around the pool. This is the only reason I gave it 4 star instead of 5. Some of the best features of the property was the water way access, every type of TV you can imagine (Netflix, Apple TV, etc.) the child proof fence around the pool which we felt so safe with and the location in driving distance to many different restaurant and shop. Just want to add that the property manager Klaus was great and so nice. When we need something it was there the next day. We would defiantly think of renting again. Thanks for helping making our vacation great.
