The villa boasts high ceilings, bright interior with lake views from all rooms. Warm earth-toned colors create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

At the heart of the home, Villa offers high-quality kitchen appliances and amenities. This space is sleek, open, and inviting, with a large marble island. A comfortable sofa set and a huge flat-screen tv to make your stay more pleasant.

At the entrance to the villa is a representative spacious office furnished with high quality furniture and a printer.

The two spacious master suites have access to the lanai, and the villa offers 3 updated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for your comfort. Additionally, there are smart Tvs in every room there are plenty of entertainment amenities for your enjoyment, such as a kayak and bicycles, and a set of golf clubs.

You can also rent a boat and explore the nearby lakes with access to the ocean (Gulf of Mexico) by boat. Just bring your sunscreen and enjoy the beautiful weather that Cape Coral has to offer!
