Walk to beaches, private apartment w/ private bath

Walk to several neighborhood beaches and two state parks. Great hiking, biking, kayaking, surfing, restaurants, farms and trails. 20 minutes to Portland's Old Port where you will find fabulous restaurants, museums, art walks, shopping, farmers markets and concerts. 10 minutes to South Portland by airport, mall, and shopping.
The space
We are a block from the beach and have a private wooded lot in the back. Inside guests typically rent the private basement apartment unless a 2nd queen bedroom is needed (extra charge $75 per night).
Guest access
Guests will have private downstairs living room, brand new bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. If needed guests can rent an additional queen bedroom upstairs ($75 extra) There is also a full bath upstairs for guest use if requested.
Other things to note
The entrance to this space is separate through the garage left side door.
