"We really enjoyed the breakfast, no problem with AC,room was clean and only one staff member was unfriendly don't recall her name but overall the other personal members were great "

"First the Good: Very kind staff, good breakfast, comfortable updated guest room, lovely location RIGHT on the Riverwalk with plenty of parking. The BAD: I only stayed one night and what a night it was. At three different times during the night, I was woken up by LOUD guest incidents. There was someone BANGING on a guest room door so long and loudly that I contemplated calling the police. This finally stopped and next came a loud altercation between guests that initially sounded like a domestic dispute with a woman screaming and a man calling her vulgar names. Things calmed down for a few hours, then at 2:30am another loud screaming match began, but this time it was SEVERAL people moving up and down the hallways. I honestly was pretty terrified at this point, but really needed rest so I just ignored it and hoped that the property manager would hear the noise and address it as the property has open air/ outdoor hallways. The following morning I went downstairs to speak to the manager who had no idea anything had happened. She did mention the police had to be called the previous night though. She was VERY kind and refunded part of my room charge, expressing concern promising to follow up on the incidents. I have mixed feelings about whether I would return given this experience, especially as a woman traveling without my husband. "

"Rooms were small but clean and well decorated. The courtyard stole the show with lots of seating and fire pits to enjoy. Food and drinks at the restaurant were very good. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Wilmington "

"The room was very clean and had a nice view of the battleship. The staff was very friendly and check in and check out. The rooftop bar was nice as well. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located and easily walkable. There is a loud bar behind the building that bumped until 2am for those who are noise sensitive. We would absolutely stay again though!"
