Perfect location in Green Point!

Our stay was great! We loved the proximity to all of the amenities Cape Town has to offer. Our only recommendation for future guests is mosquito spray. We were smart about spraying and left with many bites : ( Other than that, everything was great and our host was fabulous!

Acomodaçao confortável. Estacionamento ruim!!

Fomos muito bem recebidos e informados sobre todos detalhes da acomodação. O apartamento está muito bem localizado e também é confortável. O único detalhe fica por conta do estacionamento, é fora da acomodação e trata-se de um estacionamento público, fica cheio de pessoas chatas olhando o carro e cobrando gorjeta a cada saida ou chegada. Reclamaram até o valor da gorjeta sendo que recebiam 2 vezes por dia, resolvemos parar o carro em outras ruas que nao tinha ninguém para incomodar. Vale ressaltar esse ponto para estacionar em frente ao local é dificílimo.

Fantastic apartment! The location is central, close to the waterfront as well as my Citi bus service. There are plenty or restaurants as well as grocery stores in the area. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. There were 4 of us and we had no issues. It's equipped with everything you might need in terms of cooking and Cynthia will help with whatever you might need during your stay. I would highly recommend.

Homely Touch

My stay was for personal matters, however not for leisure. My wife and I enjoyed the feel of home especially since we left the apartment in the morning and returned late in the evenings. The agent who dropped off the keys was very friendly and provided all the necessary information. However, the apartment certainly requires some upgrading especially the kitchenette. The shower can do with a thorough scrub and I would expect that bathroom windows should be fitted with the standard frosted glass to provide privacy, especially in the absence of window dressings. Finally, when parking is included, it should stipulate that one's vehicle has to be parked across a very busy main road in an open, public space with no security. Overall, however, an enjoyable stay.
