To curb the affects of loadshedding, the owner has installed a battery set up for lights and certain plug points. Nothing in the kitchen is on the battery set up but lights, the internet and certain plug points are. He has also installed gas heaters for the hot water. The shut off valve for this is located outside, under the kitchen window.

For long stay guests: we offer a change of linen and towels after 7 days. We can assist with an in-stay clean at an additional cost. This will be communicated should the service be needed, once you check in.

the area is a quiet neighbourhood and as such we have to request that you please respect the neighbours of Welcome Glen. No loud music and shouting after 11pm on weekends and 9pm in the week would be greatly appreciated. This is a NO PARTY venue! Should we receive a noise complaint, we will communicate with you but on the 2nd complaint, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.
