Situated right on the beachfront of Greenways Golf Estate in The Strand, the villa overlooks an un-spoilt coastline over a grassy lawn and only a few steps lead you straight onto the beach.

The 5 bedroomed Villa accommodates 12 very fortunate guests and offer plenty incredible panoramic photo opportunities. Experience the infamous spectacular sunsets of the False Bay coastline while enjoying your favorite cocktail

VRBO listed booking when the property was not available. Only found out 12 hrs before arrival. Had to scramble to find another place. They did not offer any help whatsover. Stay away from VRBO. Second time this has happend to me.

Lovely location but to many irritating niggling problems
You already have a formal complaint about the owner failing to respond to the HomeAway message service. Continuing problems contacting the owner once we arrived in Cape Town. Had to chase up the following items :- Cot and highchair. Access passes to the estate. Missing dishtowls & ovenglove. Second key Electricity supply off for 2 hours. Also there was a major problem with mosquitoes.One of our grandchildren was severely bitten.There is a need for mosquito nets as no sprays,rollons or coils kept the mosquitoes away.Air conditioning would have helped. Basic items such as soap,toilet rolls etc were considered by the owner to be self catering items. The website listed cycles as being provided but the owner knew nothing about this. As this was listed as a VIP property with a rental price to match it did not live up to expectations
