「This hotel deserves 6 stars. Everything was excellent, but what stood out was the level of service the staff provides. Eder, the manager, went above and beyond to help us with getting the yellow fever vaccine. Luis, the waiter, was attentive, helpful, and courteous. Victor was always ready to help with a smile. Above all, Brian is a master in his craft. He was passionate about his job and showed a genuine desire to make our stay fun and memorable. You guys are the true definition of warm...
