“This is definitely a good place to stay, our room was on the beach side of the property and has really a quirky type of architecture, which gives it charm. Listening to the waves crash against the shore was soothing. Our bed came with three blankets which I thought was a little odd, but during the night it became a little chilly and I was happy to have the extra blankets. “Gareth & Grant have a beautiful home & it was a pleasure to stay with them. Everything was top quality...our room, the pool, the outside space. “We looooooved our stay at the Southern Belle, Bergsicht Cottage. By far the most private & secluded of all the cottages. We enjoyed the hot tub & the private deck, surrounded by only the sounds of nature. The fairy lights above the pool were very romantic. The cottage had everything we needed to relax & unwind. No TV which was fantastic - you come here to rest & unplug. We'll be back!”

“Great stay at this amazing place. The manager, Clinton and his wife run a great place, the food was really good, and the staff were friendly and courteous. The views are stunning, and the hiking trails are well maintained, with many hiking options, the afternoon by the pool is a great way to chill after a morning exploring the bush trails, plenty of wildlife around from the mice and hares that share the grounds with you, to the Springbok and the majestic Gemsboks.
