Exactly what we needed

Loved this property so much! It was just what we needed for a few days to reset. Amazing location and such beautiful back beaches and so close to shops. Our dogs loved the backyard and the dog friendly beach near by. Also lots of dog friendly restaurants to choose from. Would definitely come back

A hidden gem in a quiet location

This place is perfect for a quiet, relaxing beach weekend. The beach is at the end of the street, the street is quiet and away from the busier areas of the island, the house has 4 clean comfortable bedrooms, a decent deck and outdoor table in the sun, a BBQ, air con and internet for the kids. Plenty of off-street parking, a fenced yard for dogs, 2 full bathrooms, a decent kitchen, dining and living area and it’s well priced. Couldn’t have asked for better!!

Great place to stay and nice and quiet location

This is the second time we have stayed here. Again we enjoyed the house and the location. Great property to recharge. Good house and location for dogs too.

Great Quiet Spot a Short Walk to the Beach and Shop

We arrived on a 42 deg. day and were very pleased to find the air-con. running. Thank you. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed the quiet location, despite being close to the neighbouring house. (some sort of screening in the future would be advantageous) It was lovely short walk through the tea tree to the wide beach which is great for swimming and even snorkelling , especially at high tide. The Wooli shop was just around the corner and was great for daily supplies and take away. We enjoyed quite a few delicious meals, including the gluten free burgers and wraps!!! In general we were very pleased with the amount of gluten free food available on Phillip Island. On the down side (not that it really spoilt any part of our stay) there were only minimal pantry staples, tea, coffee, sugar (that was empty). The huge amount of kitchen contents obviously belong to the owner who uses them. Heaps of fry pans, but none of them any good. Mis-matched plates and bowls and only 4 desert spoons! No was washing machine soap. The old clothesline was covered in spiders webs, one spider finding its way into our laundry!!! We didn't use the kennel either, because we would have had to have cleaned it out first. Over all it was a lovely spot for a break away. We loved walking on the beach and exploring the Cape area.

Summer Paradise

Great property in a lovely location close to the beach. This was our second stay and we will be back again. All the facilities we needed to relax and spend time with our family ( including our two dogs). A short stroll to a great beach. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely property, lovely location

Even at first glance this property had us all impressed. The house was clean, neat and tidy. The décor was appealing and the furniture very comfortable. It was more than comfortable for the 4 adults and 2 children that we had staying. We were all impressed at how the house had everything we needed - including board games for the children. It is located in such a peaceful part of Phillip Island and literally minutes walk to the beach and general store. The back yard was a generous size for the family pet. Dealing with Bernadette was an absolute joy. She was prompt, friendly and very helpful. We would not hesitate in recommending this property to others and look forward to spending time there again.
