「Room is spacious and clean in general. AC super loud and dusty. Phone very dusty too. Poor sound proof. You can hear doors closing heavily on your floor, people talking in their rooms and even dogs barking in a room. 」

「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. 「First of all, I had a wonderful day at your hotel at the front desk. Sharon and Rachel were awesome. Very kind. Sweet and accommodated. Have a wonderful attitude. That alone will make me go back.
