"Fantastic property - pool is great and bigger than it looks, house is clean and comfortable with all the bits you need. We sat outside eating each evening and it was wonderful. Host was helpful, flexible and not at all intrusive despite living downstairs. One thing is to watch out for the add-ons (for a week we had 150 cleaning fee, 120 bedding fee and 45 air con fee), which are all listed and above board but worth knowing to all you to budget. "

"We stayed here with our teen kids & parents in their mid seventies. The villa was spacious & clean & had everything you could possibly need & more from beach towels to board games.
Elvira is the perfect host & went out of her way to send additional information about nearby shops, activities etc, helped with taxi booking & also greeted us with a lovely welcome hamper.
Would recommend having a car for this property. Overall a great stay."

"Beautiful property, and so much space. Kids loved the pool and football pitch, and the on site dog is so sweet. Some of the best beaches are within 20mins and you can visit a different beach each day and not return to the same one in a week.

"Location is good, although you cannot see or hear the sea from the villa. The beach is spotless and was very quiet, as would be expected in April. Unfortunately almost everywhere in the locality was closed as we were there rather early in the season - it would be helpful to have this clarified in the villa information before booking. The villa itself had some teething problems with a leaking boiler and a couple of bathroom floods which the agent dealt with promptly. Our only reservation is...

"We spent three wonderful weeks in Rosalba's house.
The house is really excellent. It is quite spacious and cozy. It has almost everything you might need, but even if you can't find something, just ask Rosabla. Bedrooms have wardrobes and mosquito nets. Everything (including bathrooms) is meticulously clean and neat. The absolute gem of the house is big sea-faced terrace with BBQ, dinner place and a few sofas. It is nice place to have breakfast or to spend evening with a bottle of wine. Thanks...

"Second stay at this villa. It is perfect for our family vacation. We love the outdoor area with the balcony and pool.
Good location with close access to the small lagoon Baia Azzurra that is lovely for snorkeling and swimming.
You need to have car to get to local supermarkets and larger beaches. But with car it doesn’t take long to reach Sardinias beautiful beaches.
