"Rooms were very clean, host was great,kitchen was clean and well stocked. The outside deck was kind of weathered but the gas grill was big and worked. A bit far out of town,5 miles to the lake. But it served its purpose."

"I really loved this place. I can suggest two things: Don't bring anything to cook in an oven because there isn't one which makes sense, there isn't room and it would make the cabin really hot in the summer and bring a fan for the upstairs loft as heat rises. Otherwise, this is a really nice place and clean. Most important part for us was to bring our fur-baby Penny. Most places are so against it. THANK YOU BRENDA! Brenda is a wonderful host and works hard. Thank you Brenda. We will be back."

"The cabin itself was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was communication. We didn't receive the door code until we contacted the host the night before our arrival. I also asked for her phone number in case we had any problems. She provided the phone number but said she would not answer the phone if it was late at night. We decided to arrive early to make sure everything was in order. When we became lost on the way to the cabin, our call wasn't returned for about 30 minutes which is a long time when you're lost. Since the cabin is in a rural area, more timely communication during check-in would have made the experience much less stressful. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay."
