Rental rules
Minimum stay: 5 nights; 7 nights in high season.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): if agreed € 30 to be paid upon arrival.
A security deposit of 2.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: air-conditioning, heating, gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, daily cleaning of kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), cot.
