“Our room smelled of body odor! The front desk said they were sold out and weren’t able to move us to another room. The rooms were musty and not clean. The walls are paper thin. One thing that was the redeeming factor was they did have a nice free breakfast. Also, there was no shampoo and conditioner, but only shower gel. I would not book here again. I booked another night on our last night, but cancelled as the room was so odiferous and resorted to booking another hotel closer to the airport.……

“This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. “Beautiful hotel - old charm and very grand! They have lovely sitting room and furniture all through that is beautiful.
Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us. The breakfast is incredible- fresh baked options are so delicious, and the setting was lovely.
Only minor bit was the shower - it didn’t drain well and was tiny.

“I had to change the room due to terrible WiFi connection and unbearable noise from neighbors room due to old plumbing system. The second room has better WiFi but only one electrical socket is useful. And you can not use iron and the kettle at the same time as the circuit breaker will shut off! And the bathroom floor is very slippery. I almost fell down a few times. Only beautiful part is the top roof terrace. ”
