「Our fist time experience with a castle hotel is pleasant. We arrived at a rainy day and thus a bit of difficulties in lifting our heavy luggage to the reception - you have to walk a few wet and muddy stone steps from the parking place. Despite that, everything else of our accommodation is nice. The heating is also well functioned considering most other hotels or agriturismo do not offer heating in late April. 「Beautiful villa, very spacious, gorgeous property and great restaurant on the property to have a delicious meal. Staff very welcoming. Close to other main cities, like Siena, for day trips. We loved sitting by the pool, although it wasn’t heated, so too cold to use in April. We did love using the indoor heated pool and hot tub each day. We had a fabulous time and hope to go back someday! 」

「We booked 4 rooms for a group of 8 people. The hotel is a winery inside a castle wall (with no nearby plantation) and the rooms are in well condition, spacious and fully equipped. The dinner were included and had a lot of choices and of good standard. The dinner place is a courtyard and was most enjoyable in the October weather. The captain of the restaurant Christian is most helpful. We have to give a special thank to reception staff Jonas. Our transport to the hotel was an electric rental car...
