「The room was nice and spacious with pretty decoration. It is located close to the main street so it is very convenient but it can be quite noisy at the evening (had to sleep with ears plugged). Their staff services were great and organised all of our day tours and dinners. There is an area that they can improve: the duvet provided was too small for the bed. 」

My only suggestion would be the staff be more diligent in ensuring guests not smoke in their rooms on non-smoking floors.... as our non-smoking floor still smelt quite strongly of cigarettes. 「這次住了3晚兩種房型：108 跟113,都非常好， 真正的洞穴房型。早餐很棒，視野很好。 尤其是113 Moonlight，能夠住在仙女煙囪，真是很棒的體驗，飯店走路不遠就是看能看夕陽~ 這個家族經營的飯店，服務很好，非常親切，我們租車在土耳其自駕旅行，飯店有停車場，不用擔心~ 飯店有良好的旅遊行程代訂服務~ 唯一小小缺點，就是保險箱故障，但是我們不介意，若下次再來格雷梅，我還是會選擇這裡的。 」
